While there is not one way to maintain balance and promote personal resiliency, taking time for yourself, engaging in self-care practices and maintaining connections that help you to feel well, is so very important, as it will replenish you and set an excellent example for students.

What’s the aim of this resource?

Recognizing that well-being is experienced differently for everyone, this tip sheet aims to provide you with a few self-care reminders and considerations that you may find helpful to bolster your strategies.
