Welcome to the Life Teen! This is where you will find all the information regarding the Life Teen Youth Group for students in Gr 9-12.

This year Life Teen will be in person at the parish on the first and third Saturdays of the month. The first Life Teen night is on Saturday November 4.

If you are a student on this page, welcome! Thank you for giving our page a look and for your interest in the Edge program! We hope you would consider joining us, even if it's just for a night to try it out.

Life Teen at SFDS is a welcoming, safe, and encouraging environment, where we help each other grow in our relationship with God and while having some fun along the way! Here, high school students will have the opportunity to not only grow in their faith, but also gain some community service hours if they decide to also be a leader for our Edge youth school.

What is Lifeteen?

In 1985, Life Teen was launched as a parish-based youth ministry in Mesa, AZ focusing on the Mass and gathering teens together at a Life Night. We continue to be focused on bringing teens to Christ in the Eucharist and gathering them to be formed in the Roman Catholic faith. As a Eucharist-centered movement within the Roman Catholic Church, Life Teen leads teenagers and their families into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and His Church. With the Blessed Virgin Mary as our intercessor and guide, Life Teen seeks to unleash the fullness of the Sacramental power present within the young Church.
