The Chiropractic Association of Alberta is conducting a survey to gain a better understanding of Physician’s perceptions of chiropractic. Alberta chiropractors have a duty to diagnose and a commitment to care. This is done through using best evidence, referrals, and multidisciplinary practice for spine, muscle, nerve, and joint conditions. To provide care to Albertans we need to better understand the beliefs, opinions, and attitudes, Alberta Doctors have regarding chiropractic care. Thank you for participating. The report of the results will be in an aggregate format without identifying information for particular participants.
