Governance review 2023

Review of the governance for Canada.ca

The current governance structure consists of:

Canada.ca ADM Advisory Council
Web Executive Board
GC Web Priorities (and other working groups as needed)

These feed into DM CEPP, ADM SEP, DM Committee on Digitization of Services, Service Officials Council, GC Enterprise Review Board, OneGC Council, CIO Council, and Heads of Communications as needed.

This governance is meant to establish strong, centralized leadership that enables the future of Canada.ca. We need governance that provides integrated coordination on both priorities and approach.
