Ms. Steph

Teacher-Counsellor -

Hi, I’m Stephanie McLennan, the Teacher-Counsellor at Galbraith. I was a teacher for eight years before obtaining my Master’s Degree in Applied Psychology from the University of Lethbridge, which means I’m qualified to both teach and counsel students. I’ve been an Elementary School Counsellor for the past four years, this will be my fifth year at Galbraith. To learn more about me you can visit my online portfolio at http://swimfanmartin.wixsite.com/mc-portfolio

Lethbridge School District is unique and ahead of the curve in terms of wellness supports offered to students. The District prides itself on providing Universal, Targeted, and Individual Support. This means that all students have wellness infused into their programming, whether it be through lessons supported by the Wellness Team, targeted groups that some students are invited to join, or one on one brief solution focused counselling sessions.
