The Zoning Regulation Bylaw for RMD-2, Residential Mixed Use Fort Street District, is varied or supplemented as follows: • increase the maximum height from 30m to 31.1m • increase the maximum projection into height for rooftop structures from 5.0m to 5.1m for the elevator overrun • reduce the minimum short term bicycle parking from 12 stalls to 0 stalls • reduce the minimum vehicle parking from 76 stalls to 57 stalls.
