About this event

Trans identity is a beautiful thing! This Pride Month, we invite trans, two-spirit, and non-binary people, and our cis allies, to celebrate the joy of being trans. The event will feature a video montage and panel discussion on all the ways trans, two-spirit, and non-binary OPSers rejoice in their gender.

If you need any accommodations to attend this event, please contact OPSPride@ontario.ca.

The panelists are:

Alexander Eastwood is Manager of Strategic Policy in the Infection Prevention and Control Branch, Centre for Public Sector Labour Relations and Compensation, Treasury Board Secretariat. Organized by

The OPS Pride Network (OPN) is an organization of volunteers that support and foster LGBTQ inclusion in the workplace for Ontario Public Service employees and broader public sector partners.

Created in 2007, the mission of the OPN is to give voice to and effect positive change for LGBTQ employees in the OPS, encouraging them to bring their whole selves to work. We accomplish this by organizing events and programs which provide opportunities for members to connect and network, and by advocating for change in OPS policies and practices.
