The broad distribution of free rapid antigen tests ended on June 30, 2023. There are two publicly-funded types of COVID‑19 test available in Ontario:
- rapid antigen tests (available for free to people at high risk of severe outcomes from COVID-19, including in high priority communities and people eligible for COVID-19 treatments)
- molecular tests (which includes polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and rapid molecular testing)

I am eligible for a PCR test. Where do I find my test results?
To find your COVID-19 test results go to covid-19.Ontario.ca. It can take 2 to 7 days for your result to become available on this portal. This timeframe varies with changes in assessment centre and laboratory capacity.
