The Committee of Revision hears objections to charges being assessed to affected property owners for Local Improvement works that have been completed.
Meetings will be scheduled, as required, when charges are to be imposed on affected property owners after a Local Improvement work is carried out.
To act as an advisory body to Council.
The purpose shall be to advise and assist Council and staff in matters related to community development, economic development and downtown revitalization.

Council has 2 Council meetings per month, except for July, August and December.
These meetings are are held on the second and fourth Tuesday of the month with the Open Session commencing at 9:30 a.m. For July, August and December, there is no meeting on the fourth Tuesday of the month.
Closed Session Items are dealt with following Open Session matters, unless otherwise identified on the Agenda cover pages.

The purpose shall be to advise and assist Council and staff in matters related to cultural heritage resource conservation including public awareness of heritage, heritage planning and Heritage Act designation located within Trent Hills.

The Police Services Board is a five member board consisting of (2) two Council Members, (1) one Community Representative and (2) two Provincially appointed Representatives. The Board meets as required and works with the Ontario Provincial Police in setting up policing priorities for the Municipality.
Public Hearings/Public Meetings required for an application, in accordance with the Planning Act, will be held on the first Tuesday of the month, except for January, commencing at 6:00 p.m.
The purpose of these meetings will be to formally hear and receive public and agency comments on the matters on the agenda. No decisions will be made during these meetings with respect to any Public Hearing/Public Meeting.
Any comments received will be incorporated into a recommendation report that will be brought forward to a Council meeting.
