ExcellentBased on 2930 reviewsVerifiedMarcia W2024-05-10A historic gem close to transit hubs My daughter and I stayed at the Mayflower Park in Seattle for 5 nights in mid April 2024 prior to a road trip to the Tulip Festival and Oregon. We arrived at the Sea Tac airport late on a Friday evening, and managed to easily navigate our way to the light rail which took us directly downtown. Then we walked a couple blocks to the hotel without incident. Cost $3.50 per person. The hotel is located just one block from Enterprise, so it was very convenient to rent a car and exit the city. The gentleman at the front desk greeted us with two Mayflower anniversary chocolate bars. My queen room request appeared to have been upgraded to a suite with a microwave (which was requested). What a great surprise. The suite had a separate lounge area and desk, and lots of outlets. The beds were very comfortable, and offered four pillows with a variety of neck support for a comfortable sleep. The hotel room was stocked with this awesome Antica Farmacista grapefruit shampoo, cream rinse, and body lotion. Door staff were always friendly. The garlic parmesan fries at the attached Oliver's Lounge are not to be missed. Check out Happy Hour for the best deals. We appreciated the display in the lobby lounge giving the history of the hotel. Overall a historic gem at a reasonable price.VerifiedSheldon King2024-05-06Classic old school charm I love hotels like this. Old school charm in a great location. Room was very roomy and clean. Guys at the door helped bring the luggage to the room and parked our car for us. Valet parking is expensive but saves the hassle of finding your own parking and car was spotless.VerifiedLauren F2024-05-01Lovely hotel and great location Stayed with my boyfriend in April and loved the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and we both enjoyed the beautiful lobby and old school style of the hotel. When we checked in we were very tired from over 12 hours of travelling and the man on reception was lovely and checked us in quickly so we could rest. The hotel is in a great location for the light rail and for exploring downtown Seattle. Seattle has been my dream trip my whole life, and the Mayflower helped me enjoy my trip even more. I would 100 percent recommend this lovely hotel.VerifiedKristen B2024-04-29Perfect stay for the night before our cruise! Enjoyed our stay here. All staff was very friendly and greeted you warmly. This hotel is dated, but in a clean good way. It fits the vibe. If that isn't your vibe then don't stay here and complain. It just isn't a modernized hotel which is just fine. The old school Vintage feel was very nice and really didn't bother us since we were just staying one night before our Alaskan cruise. It Is centrally located in downtown so you can walk to all main attractions! I would stay here again!Verifiedrichardford20172024-04-28Character and Charm The Mayflower Park Hotel was full of character and charm, from the moment we entered the lobby, through to the room we were given, to the bar. We didn’t experience the restaurant as all our planned trips left early. Room was spotlessly clean and exactly what we had requested (high floor away from elevators). We had a corner room, it was quiet, the bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was a good size and well appointed. We used Oliver’s Bar and had a nice meal. All staff were friendly from our Maid Elizabeth to Tim on reception (he sorted my wi-go issues out and fully explained my bill when I challenged it. I’m not too proud to admit I made a mistake, but thanks to Tim I realised why I had made an error. Pictures show the quality, cleanliness and views from our window. An enjoyable 4 night stay in a centrally located hotel. Would definitely recommend and return to.Verifiedkiterunner552024-04-27Nice older hotel Nicely refurbished very comfortable older hotel. We had a corner suite that was ideal for getting together with the other couple we traveled with. Everything worked well in our room, theirs had problems with the heat. Staff was generally very cordial; however some valets were extra nice and others were just punching the clock and in one case forgot to get our car out when pre arranged. Sixty dollars a day with tax for valet parking plus tips.VerifiedPatti M2024-04-24Exceptional! This hotel is beautiful. Location is great. The hotel manager, Stephen, and his staff, were amazing. Our room was large and spotless. I would definitely stay here again.VerifiedJoshua M2024-04-22Greatest hotel experience I’ve ever had The staff was amazing they helped us check in early, showed us how to get around town and made great recommendations for us to enjoy our trip to the fullest.
