VicPD Appeals For Public Assistance In Spain To Locate High-Risk Missing Man Scott Graham
Victoria, BC – Los investigadores del Departamento de Policía de Victoria BC, Canadá piden su ayuda para localizar al Sr. Scott Graham, quien es de esta ciudad. El señor Scott Graham ha sido visto por última vez en la ciudad de Madrid, España el 15 de julio de 2022. En este momento, en España, se está llevando a cabo una investigación por su desaparición y los investigadores de nuestro Departamento la apoya.

Estamos pidiendo su ayuda para localizar al señor Scott Graham quien es de la ciudad de Victoria BC, Canadá. Él ha sido visto por última vez en la embajada canadiense en P.º de la Castellana, 259d, 28046 Torre Emperador, en Madrid, el pasado 15 de Julio.
Scott sufre de una condición médica que puede ponerlo en riesgo de perder la vida si no recibe su medicamento diario. Los investigadores del Departamento de Policía de Victoria obtuvieron como información que Scott fue visto en el Hospital Universitario La Paz pero no ha sido confirmado el motivo de la visita. Estamos haciendo este llamado en España para ayudar a localizarlo. La familia de Scott está muy preocupada por su bienestar y necesita saber si está bien.

VicPD Appeals For Public Assistance In Spain To Locate High-Risk Missing Man Scott Graham
Victoria, BC – VicPD investigators are asking for your help as we work to locate high-risk missing man Scott Graham. Scott, who is from Victoria, is missing and was last seen in Madrid, Spain, on July 15th. There is an active missing persons investigation in Spain that VicPD investigators are working to support.
Scott is described as a 67-year-old Caucasian man standing five feet, nine inches tall, with a medium build. Scott has brown hair and blue eyes. Recent photographs of Scott and a video appeal are below.
Scott was last seen at the Canadian Embassy at P.º de la Castellana, 259d, 28046 Torre Emperador, in Madrid, Spain on July 15, 2022. While Spanish authorities are leading the investigation, VicPD officers are working to liaise with them in support of the investigation and with Scott’s family. We are making this appeal in Spanish today to try to assist in efforts to locate him.
Scott suffers from a medical condition, which can become life-threatening if he does not receive daily medication. VicPD investigators have learned that Scott may have been seen at the Hospital Universitario La Paz, but are unable to determine what the outcome of the visit was.
Scott’s family are deeply concerned for his well-being and need to know he is safe.
