2. SOET - Triune God/Bible
After briefly introducing why the PAOC decided to refresh its Statement of Essential Truths, Dr. Andrew Gabriel unpacks the significance of the Triune God and the Bible from the PAOC's refreshed Statement.
In May 2022, the Pentecostal Assemblies of Canada (PAOC) voted to accept a completely refreshed Statement of Essential Truths (SOET). Refreshing the SOET involved an 8-year process that was spearheaded by the PAOC's Theological Study Commission and that invited and included substantial input from the entire PAOC international community. The resultant statement is truly the collaborative production of the entire fellowship.
