NORCECA Championships for men set to begin in Mexico

Aug. 17, 2021: Canada is one of eight countries participating the Men’s NORCECA Continental Championship in Durango, Mexico, this week.

Canada will compete in Group A with teams from Puerto Rico, Trinidad & Tobago and host Mexico. Canada kicks of the event with a match vs. Puerto Rico on Wednesday. Group B will consist of Cuba, the U.S., Dominican Republic and Guatemala.
 
This tournament was last held in Winnipeg, Manitoba, in September 2019. The women’s championship will begin on Aug. 24 in Guadalajara, Mexico (roster TBA).
