Learn About Behaviour Change

Flowchart of the non-linear behaviour change process, with descriptions for each of the steps, titled: Explore, Determine, Learn, Create, Pilot, and Evaluate.

WASH interventions require people to change their behaviours to adopt new technologies and practices. This isn't easy. We know that successful WASH interventions are guided by evidence-based behaviour change theories and are adapted to be context-specific.

This collection of online learning activities and job aids helps to demystify behaviour change and gets you started on incorporating effective approaches to behaviour change in WASH interventions.
