Pembroke Campus non-academic services update

  • The Library will now only be open for remote services with operating hours of Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Hard copy resources or equipment can be picked up from the campus if pre-ordered online through the library.
  • Counseling – virtual appointments only
  • Health Services/Nurse – in-person scheduled appointments will be available for immunization shots Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Drop in clinical services will not be available.
  • Centre for Accessible Learning services – virtual appointments only
  • ITS – on campus 5 days per week; students can connect with this service virtually or over the phone
  • Front Office – in-person Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Cafeteria/Food Services available for take out orders Monday to Friday: 7:30a.m. to 2:30p.m.
  • AC Proud Shop: Tuesdays to Thursdays: – 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Service remains in-person but with a limited capacity.
  • Campus recruiting tours for up to 10 people will commence effective immediately.
  • Students’ Association-Office hours Monday to Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (all services are in person)

    Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

  • Fitness Zone:

    Monday-Thursday 8:00am-7:30pm

    Friday: 8:00am-5:30pm

  • The Landing:

    Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-2:00pm, 3:00pm -7:00pm

    Friday 12:00pm-2:00pm, 3:00pm – 5:30pm
