In this survey, we're interested in learning more about your experiences regarding the impact of COVID-19 on your learning this year. Please complete this survey only once. AWIS is a trusted contractor distributing this survey on behalf of the Ministry of Education.
The purpose of this survey is to help your school and the ministry better understand the effects of the suspension of in-class instruction due to COVID-19 on your learning.
This survey is voluntary, and a response is encouraged, not required. Please do not provide any third-party information (e.g., talk about others)
in your responses to the survey. You are welcome to pass the link to the survey on to other grade 10 – 12 BC public and independent school students for their individual use.
