Ceremonial Dress – C1

  1. Introduction. This section and annexes A to C, describe ceremonial dress.
  2. Rifle regiments may wear black accoutrements in lieu of white, black necktie, and wedge cap in approved colours and design IAW regimental custom.
  3. Historical uniforms of the CAF or CCO shall be considered a costume and not subject to these Dress Instructions. Refer to Wear of Traditional Patterns of Uniforms in Chapter 2, Section 1 for further clarification.
  4. Orders of dress. The following orders of dress apply to Ceremonial Dress:
    1. C1;
    2. C1H Long Sleeve - Same as C1 with – Highland accoutrements; and
    3. C1H Short Sleeve – Same as C1H Long Sleeve less jacket.
