Submission guidelines
Preparing your nomination for submission
Before submitting your nomination, make sure to:
- include all relevant information in the nomination form. The evaluation committee won’t consider any other materials
- confirm that your nomination meets all criteria for the submitted category
- get approval from your Chief Information Officer (or equivalent)
Submitting your nomination
- Review the evaluation criteria for each award in the Eligibility and evaluation guidelines.
- Select the category that best fits your nomination. Each nomination can only be submitted in a single category.
- Complete and submit the nomination form for the award category for which you wish to make a nomination.
Deadline for nominations: March 8, 2024
Nomination forms
Complete and submit the nomination form (accessible only on the Government of Canada network) for the specific award category you’re nominating in.
Please complete only 1 form. If you make a mistake, email digitalawardsprixnumeriques@tbs-sct.gc.ca.

You can use the downloadable Word documents to draft nominations. Use it for preparation and approval, but make sure the final submission is made through the MS Forms links above. Nominations will only be accepted via MS Forms.
