List D: List of Certain Non-prescription Drugs for Distribution as Samples
This is an ambulatory list of the specific non-prescription drugs that can be distributed as samples directly to consumers as per the Regulations Amending the Food and Drug Regulations (Distribution of Drugs as Samples) Subsection C.01.001(1) of the Food and Drug Regulations.
An ambulatory (or open or rolling) reference refers to the incorporation of a document in such a way as to include any future changes to that document without a need to remake the regulation.
