It is Black History Month and Algonquin College is ready to match your gift to the Empowering Black Students Bursary. The bursary supports Black students in need studying in the School of Business.

Donations made between Tuesday, February 1, and Monday, February 28, 2022, are eligible for matching one-for one, to a total of $3,000.

The Empowering Black Students Bursary is awarded to a student in the School of Business who is pursuing an education without the full means to do so. The fund was initiated by Carl Clerge, Business Administration, 2016, established in response to racial injustice and in the knowledge that Black immigrants do not always have the resources to pursue higher education.
