Academic success

  • Math and physics tutors are available to help you boost your confidence in your courses. 
  • Math 200-209 tutoring: Drop in on Mondays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.  
  • Physics 204 tutoring: Drop in on Mondays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., and on Wednesdays 9 to 11 a.m. 

Career planning and job search

  • Co-op is here to help you access work-integrated learning.
  • Drop-ins: Fridays, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Student life, engagement and wellness

  • Peer wellness ambassadors provide active listening and peer support and can refer you to wellness resources at Concordia and beyond. 
  • Drop-in on Fridays from 1 to 2 p.m. 

  • CUSP is here to assist you in achieving your academic goals while raising your family at Concordia.
  • Drop in on Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

 

  • Homeroom is an initiative developed primarily for new undergraduate students that provides a space for students to connect with other students. 
  • Drop-in on Tuesdays from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Navigating the university

  • Welcome Crew Mentors are available to guide you in making friends, finding resources, and connecting with the right contacts for a successful first year at Concordia.
  • Drop-ins on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Advocacy and support

  • The Student Advocacy Office provides confidential advocacy services to help students navigate academic or research charges, behavioral complaints, or academic requests.

  • The CSU Student Advocacy Centre is committed to the promotion and preservation of undergraduate students’ rights at Concordia, offering confidential support to students in difficult situations.

  • SARC provides confidential support and services to all Concordia community members affected by sexual violence and harassment.
  • Drop-in on Mondays 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Tuesdays 10 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and Wednesdays 11 a.m. to 2:30 pm 

Come find us in the lower level of the Administration Building (AD.103), Monday to Thursday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Student Engagement Coordinator, Ana Milić

Student Services Engagement Coordinator:

Ana Milić (she/her)

Ana is responsible for coordinating student services and fostering community building at the Loyola Campus. She has experience supporting popular education programming, peer learning and community outreach initiatives in a university environment. Ana has also worked in various cultural, academic and community settings, supporting individuals and families across diverse communities.

Ana is also an aspiring interdisciplinary scholar with research interests in community engagement, kin making, housing justice and politics of care, as well as a community organizer, reproductive rights advocate and a lifelong learner.
