Joe Biden said he wants the federal government to pay for the full reconstruction of Baltimore’s Francis Scott Key Bridge, which collapsed after a cargo ship struck it on Tuesday. “I expect Congress to support my effort,” the president said. Meanwhile six people still missing after the accident are now presumed dead. They were reportedly maintenance workers from El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras and Mexico.
