At this time, we do not offer customization or alteration services. However, we do offer a variety of sizes and styles to accommodate a range of body types and preferences. Though we always strive to provide a superior customer experience, mail couriers on occasion experience lost/stolen/damaged packages. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for the couriers, and would not be able to reimburse you in the event that your package gets lost or stolen if the signature requirement was waived.
