Overview

In this session, Suzanne Nault offers a better understanding of the psycho-social issues of retirement. Participants will be able to assess their readiness and identify next steps for a successful transition.

Federal public servants at all levels.

Suzanne Nault, MPs PCC

Suzanne Nault has over 40 years working with organizations and individuals in different roles ranging from psychologist to manager to consultant to executive coach to speaker and author. With her diversified experience, Suzanne brings a truly unique mix of skills to the domains of the psychology of retirement and transition, leadership development, executive coaching, and change management.

Suzanne’s current practice is focused on four areas: the psychology of retirement, transition from military to civilian life, resilience and executive coaching. Suzanne has conducted over 2000 seminars and has helped over 15,000 executives, employees in the public service, and military members design the next chapter in their lives.
