GWF 2023 Annual Open Science Meeting - Abstract Submission Portal

Welcome to the abstract submission portal for this year's Annual Open Science Meeting. Click the "reserve a spot" button to proceed with your submission. Abstracts can be submitted until the end of April, but we encourage submission sooner rather than later and these will be evaluated for acceptance on an ongoing basis. If you wish to be considered for a lightning talk, your abstract must be submitted by April 15.

The format of presentations will be posters with an option for a 2 minute "lightning talk" in a plenary session. A lightning talk is meant as a quick overview to convey the essence of the poster and to draw people to come and visit you during the poster sessions. Please select this option if you wish to present a lightning talk and we will do our best to accommodate everyone, subject to availability of time in the agenda.

The form does not save draft submissions. If you wish to change any information after you have submitted, you can do this if you have an Eventbrite account; alternatively, resubmit the form and we will consider the most recent submission (and we will confirm this with you).
