Please join us on Saturday, June 26 for the first ever Virtual Behaviour Resource Fair presented by Durham Behaviour Management Services! Registration is required to attend this free event and tickets will be distributed on a first come, first served basis. This event will be held on the Microsoft Teams Live platform.
The Virtual Behaviour Resource Fair will feature a variety of pre-recorded topic presentations that focus on problem behaviours common to children aged 2-12 years. Presentation topics include aggression, behaviour basics, biting, non-compliance, reinforcement, sleep, temper tantrums, and toilet training.
During each presentation, participants will be introduced to basic behaviour strategies that can be utilized, either with your own children, children you educate in a child care centre/school, or in your professional practice.
Each topic presentation will be 20 to 30 minutes in length and will focus on one problem behaviour at a time. Following each presentation, there will be a 10-minute question and answer period with a consultant from Durham Behaviour Management Services, who will address the most popular questions asked/liked in the chat feature during the presentation.
Please note: participants will only be able to interact with the consultant via the chat feature. There will be no opportunity for verbal exchanges between participants and consultants throughout the day.
The full schedule of events will be available at the time of registration. Once registered, you will receive one meeting link that can be used for the duration of the day.
We welcome you to listen in on as many (or as few) topic presentations as you like and come and go as you please throughout the day. Your attendance in each session includes access to an electronic copy of an information pamphlet for you to keep for future reference.
