This free webinar is for members of the Ottawa Branch of the National Association of Federal Retirees and will be held February 3, 2021 and cover the 5 steps to take in order to make lasting fitness changes and will be presented by Meg Stickl, AIM Fitness.

COVID-19 has hit us all hard and has especially changed the way we exercise and stay active. Meg Stickl has worked with Adults 50+ for over 15 years in the fitness industry. As the owner and Personal Trainer at AIM Fitness, she helps retirees fit fitness into their day through simple yet effective exercises that will build strength, improve mobility, and lead to fulfillment and peace of mind.

The webinar is 60 min in length, consisting of a presentation, exercise activity, and Q&A.

The exercise activity includes full body exercises focusing on mobility, core strength, back stretches, and leg strength, participation is encouraged, options will be given for all fitness levels and those with physical limitations. (Participate at your own risk)

The content will be presented in English, however bilingual participation is encouraged.
