The City of Ottawa is committed to creating a workplace that breaks down barriers and promotes the ideals of equity and inclusion.
Every February, Canadians participate in Black History Month activities that honour and celebrate the legacy of Black Canadians and continue to address all forms of oppression, particularly anti-black racism.
In recognition of Black History Month, the City is hosting a panel discussion called Towards a Racially Just Workforce: Leadership and the Black Experience.
Join us to learn about the contributions and achievements of Black Canadian leaders and how we can move towards becoming a more equitable and inclusive workforce by drawing from their personal and professional experiences.
