(“Iris”) has acquired substantially all of the optical assets and business of the Darryl Sher group operating six retail optical clinics in Southern Ontario; Toronto, Owen Sound, Midland, Alliston, Angus and Bracebridge, all of which will be rebranded under the Iris banner.
