Program Description
The RCSM student leadership training program is aimed to help you take action to spread awareness about humanitarian causes you care about. Through the program, we will explore a variety of local and global humanitarian issues, then teach you the tools and methodology to create interactive and engaging presentations. We will also provide logistical training regarding how to organize presentations at local elementary and middle schools.
At the end of the program, you’ll be ready to create your own presentations and to take on leadership roles in your school and community. Upon completion of all program requirements, a certificate will be awarded.

It starts with YOU!
Where do you normally hear about global issues? Is it through your peers? online? teachers? Regardless of where you've heard it from, it all came from somebody. The impact that we can create from simply spreading awareness about an issue that we care about is tremendous. Thus, the goal of our program is to empower the youth of tomorrow to speak up and spread awareness about the severity of humanitarian issues.
