Congratulations to our 2021 Holiday Card Contest Winners
In November, we put out a call for festive student artwork to be featured on this year’s holiday card from the Chair of the Board and Director of Education. All HWDSB students were invited to submit their artwork, and we saw many wonderful water-colour paintings, oil paintings, pen and ink drawings, photographs, graphic designs, illustrations and more. Winning designs from elementary and secondary students were selected by a panel of judges.
This year, HWDSB is honoured to share some outstanding holiday artwork by Charlise H., a Grade 6 French Immersion student learning remotely at Guy B. Brown Elementary School, and Charlotte Skye E., a Grade 9 student at Nora Frances Henderson.
Congratulations to Charlise and Charlotte for their winning designs and thank you to all the students who submitted their artwork. Happy holidays from HWDSB!
