Community Scholars Program application form

 

The Community Scholars Program is now taking applications from staff at qualifying BC non-profits and charities. Please complete the application form below, and a Community Scholars Librarian will be in touch.

 

Qualifying scholars will:

  • Work at a non-profit or charitable organization registered in British Columbia
  • Recognise the benefits of access to published research, analysis, publications on research methods, and/or reference works in their areas of work
  • Agree to the Library's Terms of Access (in the form below).

The information on this form is collected under the authority of the University Act (R.S.B.C. 1996, c.468). It is related directly to and needed by the University for services provided by the SFU Library. The information will be used to administer the provision of access by Community Scholars to SFU Library materials, and may be shared with Library staff and partner institutions for purposes related to the program.
