Through all of the ups and downs, one thing remained consistent: our team's commitment to giving Canadian consumers the best edibles, capsules, and vapes we could make. For that commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation, we are being rewarded in the marketplace. According to Headset, Indiva's brands dominate the Top 5 Best Selling Edible products in each of the biggest provinces, right now. In Ontario and BC, we are 4 of the Top 5, and in Alberta, we occupy every spot in the Top 5. 2023 was also the year that Pearls by Grön became a phenomenon. In addition to being one of the most well-distributed brands in Canadian Cannabis, Pearls transcended edibles by also having some of fastest-selling cannabis products, full stop, in many regions, beating out the hottest pre-rolls in the country from much larger LPs. The Indiva commercial team, in conjunction with our friends at Green Hedge, blitzed over 300 cannabis stores in Ontario over 2 days this week, to spread awareness of No Future gummies/vapes and their imminent release to retailer buy sheets, this coming October 19th. (We tended to seal each photo with a bird flip, in keeping with the brand, of course). This followed two previous sales blitzes in Alberta (July) and BC (September), where, combined, this same team visited approximately 500 stores! There is no substitute for simply walking into a store, personally presenting owners, managers, and staff to our brands, and offering them samples, trade assets, and some fun swag. We not only achieved our business goals (and then some) we made new friends, and, in this age of remote work, we savoured the chance to spend some quality time with each other that we won't soon forget. Blitzes are nothing new, but we take them seriously - I do them, our CEO does them, our VP of Sales does them, our VP of Marketing does them, our VP of Innovation does them, and this trickles on down to the entire organization. With just a bit of elbow grease and whole lot of enthusiasm we can show our retail partners that we stand behind our brands and products 100%. We like to think we have some very smart ideas at Indiva, but we are also very happy to outwork our competition, too.
