Waterloo Regional Police Service is seeking a Permanent FT - Radio System Support Technologist. The base location is in Cambridge within the Region of Waterloo. This is not remote work. This position will report to Manager Radio System, Martin McCulloch. Requirements: - 2 years college diploma in Computer Systems Technician, Electronics Engineering Technician or training in the field of Radio Maintenance or Repair - 3 yr working knowledge and experience on 700/800 MHz trunked P25 radio systems, including experience with Motorola APX series. - Valid Class Full G Ontario driver’s license with no more than six (6) demerit points required to travel within and outside the Region.
