Adding keywords to your resume
This is the best thing you could do before working on your resume. One of the biggest mistakes I see carnies make is they rush off to work on their resume as soon as they want a new job. Well, I love the enthusiasm, we first need to know, first, where do we want to go and two, what are the right keywords to insert on your resume. So before working on your resume, identify what your career goals are at this moment and then find a job description that aligns with them. After you have that, do this next. Open up the job description and focus on the responsibilities and the qualifications. Copy and paste them into a new word document and ask yourself what are the key skills in the keywords that pop up to me? Because those are the words that are going to infuse into our resume. Now, the final step. Now it's time for you to tailor your resume with those skills, with those qualifications, with those keywords, and have a resume that gets you interviews like.
