This idea made us transition from a traditional, boutique business consultancy to a nonprofit institute. We realized that you cannot advise on strategies that do not match your values and come out clean on the other side. We are excited for what comes next as we watch a grand corrective action across the ecosystem. What was considered the cost and nature of doing business for the last 15 years will be the path to ruin in the next 15. I see people playing around in investment spaces without regard to who they are taking money from and the implications this will have for their culture, products, and services. Much of the nonsense passing as enlightened innovation advisement is the last gasp of a dying model for doing business worldwide. The free flow of information globally enabled by the digital revolution has undoubtedly created much harm. But one thing is for sure. It's hard to keep what you do in the dark on the web. It takes time, but it always comes out. I see the faintest glimpse of a new dawn on the horizon. Are you ready for it?

As much as I hate watching myself on screen, this is a great summary on some of the issues arising when using Non-disclosure agreements, particularly in a life sciences context.
