The panellists covered topics including effective communication with opposing counsel, how cultural nuances play a part in building a case, how advocates persuade tribunals (and change their mind when they disagree) and the role of bias in arbitral decision-making. ย  Thank you to everyone who attended and participated during and after the event. Our team enjoyed the lively discussions! ย  #Dentons #Dentonsmiddleeast #Arbitration #DAW2023 #Lawyers #Dubaiarbitrationweek

Thanks for the invitation to take part. It was great to be involved in a session with such an active question time.
