Evan Hoffman, PhD’s Post

I've had a few people approach me for advice on working online (teaching/mediating/facilitating) and the attached quick comparison chart of a few different Online Dispute Resolution (#ODR) platforms may be helpful. Disclaimer: I haven't tested and tried all of them but I am a really big fan of Zoom having used it extensively in the past. #training #onlinemediation #mediation #ADR #conflictresolution #onlinelearning #ICT #peacemaking #elearning #facilitation

Thanks Evan. This is very helpful. Do you know of any published best practices for online mediations? I am having difficultly finding anything recent. Concerned about recording and confidentiality in particular.

I agree Zoom is great - do note that the free version of Zoom does not come with break out room options, and calls of 3+ people are generally limited to 40min.
