The AccessAbility team and Student Success Mentors are available for consultation by email. For referrals, please contact advising@loyalistcollege.com.
- For new students looking to register with AccessAbility Services, please fill out the AccessAbility Services Application Form. Once submitted, we will contact you to book your first appointment.
- If you have supporting documentation, please forward it to advising@loyalistcollege.com or fax it to 613-969-0411.
- For returning students enrolled in the Fall semester, please contact your AccessAbility staff member for a new ISP.

- National Suicide Prevention Lifeline: Provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress. Call 1-800-273-8255.
- Naseeha Youth Helpline: Confidential helpline for young Muslims to receive immediate, anonymous, and confidential support. Call 1-866-627-3342 (7 days a week, 12 – 9 pm EST) or text 1-866-627-3342 (Monday to Friday, 12 – 9 pm EST).
- ConnexOntario: Provides 24/7 free and confidential health services information for people experiencing problems with alcohol and drugs, mental illness, and/or gambling. Call 1-866-531-2600 or chat online.
- BounceBack: Free skill-building program managed by the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA). It is designed to help adults and youth 15+ manage low mood, mild to moderate depression and anxiety, stress, or worry. Delivered over the phone with a coach and through online videos, you will get access to tools that will support you on your path to mental wellness. - AMHS-HPE Addictions and Mental Health Pandemic Helpline: A helpline for those who are experiencing difficulties coping with mental health or substance use as a result of the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. Call 613-967-4737 (Monday through Friday, 9 am – 6 pm).
- Wellness Together Canada – Mental Health and Substance Use Support: Provides free online resources, tools, apps, and connections to trained volunteers and qualified mental health professionals when needed. For immediate crisis support, text WELLNESS to 741741.

Health Services
- If you need medical advice and do not have a family physician, please email the Health Centre at healthcentre@loyalistcollege.com.
- Download the My Student Support Program (My SSP) app from the Apple App Store or Google Play for 24/7 access to mental health support, including access to counsellors by telephone or text.

- The Government of Ontario has provided helpful suggestions for self-assessing whether you may have COVID-19 and other options for accessing health care.
