McGill Summer Institutes in Global Health | May 21- June 14, 2024

We have proudly offered short courses for students and professionals for nine years. We invite you to explore the online and in-person options for next year's 15 courses. Our courses are excellent sources of professional development for those working in universities, clinical settings, research institutes, non-profit organizations and industry. They also provide supplemental material for current students looking to learn more.

Discover our courses

For 2024 we are offering 15 courses--most have the option to attend in-person or online. Our faculty lectures will be recorded to accommodate asynchronous learners from all time zones and Summer Institutes course faculty also maximize opportunities for participants to interact with each other and our faculty. Hosts of the Summer Institute:

Recognizing that McGill University and Canada are on unceded Indigenous land, and that the social determinants of health disproportionately affect the peoples of Indigenous nations, we acknowledge that the McGill School of Population and Global Health (including the McGill Summer Institutes in Global Health) is situated on the traditional territory of the Kanien'kehà:ka, which has long served as a site of meeting and exchange amongst Indigenous Peoples, including the Haudenosaunee and Anishinabeg nations.
