Take 5 is part of a larger online training program, MindWell for Healthcare Workers, designed by healthcare workers for healthcare workers to give you the tools you need to:

Healthcare workers program to feel confident and capable, calm amidst chaos and build resilience and well-being

Short, simple, and effective lessons are provided in 4 weekly modules designed to give you maximum results in the least amount of time. (Available in French and English)

Despite working amidst the conditions of COVID-19,  where the majority of healthcare workers reported declining mental health, participants who engaged in MindWell for Healthcare Workersincreased their levels of resilience and decreased levels of PTSD, anxiety and exhaustion in just 4 weeks.
