This year…..

The running community will once again connect for a common cause in 2024

With $1.98mill dollars already raised for Movember by the running community in 3 years and over 9000 runners from 200+ community run clubs from around Australia and NZ having already brough so much energy and passion to [mo]re than a run, we are so excited to be back for our third year and to have another chance to make new friends, celebrate the role running has in all of our lives and to ultimately save lives.

The great thing about [mo]re than a run powered by lululemon is that you can take part from where you are. This is a decentralised event meaning that although we are not all running in the same location, we are all running together for the same cause. We are all lacing up our running shoes on the last Saturday of November and going out to do some kms for all of the fathers, sons, brothers and partners in our lives.

Its about the cause, not the course.
Its about the why, not the where.

[mo]re than a run powered by lululemon is a community initiative that is driven from the ground up. Started by two community runners from Sydney that were keen to collaborate with their neighbouring run clubs, it has now grown in a short period of time to include nearly 200 run clubs from every state and territory of Australia, New Zealand’s North and South island and even run clubs from Hong Kong, Canada and the UK.

We believe that men’s health is not only a men’s issue, it is an issue that all of society can contribute to improving. With 3 out of 4 suicides being male, 60 men die every hour around the world of suicide.
We are especially passionate about men’s mental health and ensuring that kids are not loosing their dads, partners are not loosing the husbands and parents are not loosing their sons.
