Morse Announces 2022 Attorney Elevations

Waltham, MA – Morse is pleased to announce the following elevations effective January 1, 2022. Erin Bryan and Scott Magee have been elevated to Member, and Amanda Thibodeau and Richard Cocci have been elevated to Senior Attorney.

A Registered Patent Attorney, Erin handles a broad range of intellectual property issues in the life sciences. She works with a variety of clients, including universities, research organizations, and start-ups in the chemical, pharmaceutical and biotechnology areas. She has been with the Firm since 2015, most recently as Senior Attorney.

A member of the Litigation Department, Scott represents clients in state and federal court, at trial, and on appeal. He regularly handles litigation, arbitration, and pre-litigation dispute resolution on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, employment, trade secret, product liability, securities, FCPA, and widespread corporate governance matters. Scott has been with the Firm since 2019, most recently as Counsel.

Amanda represents both corporate and individual clients in disputes arising throughout the entire course of the employment relationship. Her practice focuses on counseling and litigation of employment issues, including wage and hour disputes, noncompetition agreements, leave issues, classification issues and independent contractor classification, and anti-discrimination laws. She has been with the Firm since 2019, most recently as an Associate.

As a member of the Corporate Practice Group, Rick advises his clients on a variety of corporate matters, including formation, equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets transactions. He has been with the Firm since 2020, most recently as an Associate.
