‘Selling the OC’ Cast and Instagrams - Netflix Tudum
- The Oppenheim Group hits the beach.By Lydia Wang and Ariana RomeroApril 10, 2024
How many well-dressed, business-savvy Southern Californians does it take to sell a luxury home? Well, if it’s a home listed by one of The Oppenheim Group’s pro agents, the answer’s usually just one. But it takes many, many more people to make up a successful brokerage. All Selling Sunset fans know that with more agents comes more drama — and Selling the OC is about to prove that point once again. The Selling Sunset spin-off, the second season of which premieres Sept. 8, follows Oppenheim Group CEO Jason Oppenheim to his new Newport Beach office location. A fresh office brings new personalities, sizzling listings and lots of competition. These are the Selling stars fighting to become real estate royalty in Orange County, including several models and four Alexandras. The time for choosing sides starts now.
The Boss
(L-R) JASON OPPENHEIM & BRETT OPPENHEIM
Jason has already made his mark on Selling Sunset as the head honcho of The Oppenheim Group, co-starring in the series with his twin brother and business partner Brett Oppenheim.

The Alexandras
Alexandra Hall
According to Alex’s Instagram bio, she’s “living in heaven, selling the OC” — that might just about sum it up. One of Orange County’s top-ranking realtors, Alex is a skilled negotiator and strategic planner with a background in interior design.

Alexandra Jarvis
This Alabama-born, OC-based realtor is also a practicing attorney who uses her extensive legal knowledge to help negotiate and advocate for clients and sell glamorous homes. She also has a friendship with Selling Sunset’s newest realtor, Chelsea Lazkani. Will Christine be jealous?

Alexandra Rose
With a professional background in sales and client services, Alexandra Rose (our third Alexandra, if you’re counting) prides herself on providing clients with a personalized, professional home-buying experience. We just hope she’s not too professional for the inevitable brokerage drama.

Alexandra Harper
Born and raised in Nashville, Tennessee, the former beauty queen is the new girl in town. Harper looks to make her mark on The Oppenheim Group in Season 2, but as an aspiring agent she has a lot to learn from the office veterans — some of whom aren’t exactly thrilled about her arrival. The rest of the agents
Tyler Stanaland
Tyler has always been passionate about real estate — in fact, he’s a fifth-generation realtor who got his license at just 18 years old. In addition to selling luxury homes, he’s also an accomplished surfer.

Polly Brindle
After living and working as a model in London, Paris, Milan, and Barcelona, Polly moved to Southern California in 2011 and realized “California’s Coast was home.” She recently got her real estate license, and joined The O Group soon thereafter when Jason took a chance on her. From modeling on runways to model homes…

Lauren Shortt
A realtor since 2017 and a decade-long Orange County native, Lauren is a pro in operations management, marketing, client relations and more. According to her bio on The Oppenheim Group’s website, she’s closed over 150 properties since entering the industry. Watch out, Mary! You might have some competition as the boss brother’s fave.

Kayla Cardona
Kayla has an impressive background in real estate — before joining The Oppenheim Group, she was an award-winning, top 1 percent agent on Zillow. And her ambition (and portfolio) has only grown since then.

Gio Helou
Gio was one of the first agents recruited to The Oppenheim Group’s OC office. Prior to selling houses, he worked in residential development. “I really just wanna show everyone that this is the level I play in and to not fuck with me,” he says in OC Season 1 . Got it!

Brandi Marshall
Another recent newcomer to The O Group, Brandi hails from a PR background, making her a master at all things communication. She also has one of the Season 1’s best one-liners: “The one thing about the tables? They turn.”

Sean Palmieri
Sean started his real estate career in his native South Florida but made the move to California in 2018. After stints at Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and Coldwell Banker, he joined the Oppenheim Group in May 2021.

Austin Victoria
This model, husband, and father of two started his real estate career in 2017 and joined The Oppenheim Group just last summer. Even though he’s a relative newcomer to the brokerage, he’s not afraid to talk some shit with his colleagues.
