Hello Friends and Welcome to Operation Christmas Cheer!
Operation Christmas Cheer is only possible because of the compassion and generosity of many different unions businesses and individual efforts from all across the province. It is an annual, worthwhile cause that brings a lot of happiness to union families facing adversity during the Holidays.
OCC'S only mandate it to deliver grass roots support and cheer to every single picket-line throughout Ontario over the Holidays.
Every Year We Have ONE Mission..
Make sure every Sister and Brother walking a picket-line in Ontario receives Christmas Food Hampers packed with everything they need for a family Christmas dinner, grocery gift cards to buy what they need, TOYS for every child and lot's good will and solidarity to help lift spirits and cheer them on. ONE. DAY. LONGER!
Everyone fighting for their rights on a picket-line deserves to know that they are not forgotten and that all of organized labour is cheering them on! This is what Operation Christmas Cheer does. We do it because we can, because it's true meaning solidarity it's grass-roots support that directly benefits our Sisters & Brothers on strike or lockout over the Holidays. We are able to deliver much needed cheer because of supporters like You! Thank-You for all your support and for helping to make Christmas a little brighter for so many in need ❤️

Annually, hundreds of locals, committees, organizations and individuals step-up and donate making sure NO union family goes without over the Holidays.
Our annual food and toy collection campaign is active November and December. We start by collecting one can of food, one toy or one dollar at a time donated in solidarity support by organized labour. Our volunteers campaign on behalf of these union families in hardship right up until Christmas Eve. Without your generous support, Operation Christmas Cheer would not be possible - Thank-You!
