The PFHT Health Clinic is for Peterborough residents who do not have access to a family doctor.
This is not a walk-in clinic. All patients are required to make an appointment.

This clinic offers:
- Problem-specific (episodic) care for all ages, such as (but not limited to):
- Sore ears/throat
- UTI/Bladder Infections
- Sprains / Strains
- Minor Burns
- Eye Redness or Irritation
- Skin Infections or Rashes
- Prescription renewals with an appointment only (booked 2 weeks prior)
- Dedicated appointments for children (ages 0-17)
- Connection to local support to help manage other healthcare needs
This clinic DOES NOT offer:
- Emergency care - call 911 or go to your nearest emergency department
- Complete forms for insurance, driver’s licence medicals, and disability forms
- The clinic does not provide narcotic or controlled drug prescriptions
- Suturing of lacerations (stitches)
- Setting of bones (patient must go to closest emergency department)
- Any minor surgical procedures
- Allergy injections
Important Notes
- Phone lines close once all appointments are filled for the day
- Masks are required on-site
- We provide a safe space for all of our patients and staff. Inappropriate and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated; you will be asked to leave
