RAAS Negotiation Updates

For January 12, 2024

Our 2023-26 Collective Agreement has been Ratified!

The Board of Governors of Renison University College ratified the agreement with a unanimous vote at a special board meeting last night (January 11, 2023), and the members of RAAS ratified it with a vote that closed this morning at 9:00 a.m. (January 12, 2023). Thirty-nine of our 41 members voted, and all voted "yes".

Find a joint RAAS-Renison announcement about it here (PDF).

On behalf the RAAS Negotiating Team, I would like express tremendous gratitude for the faith our colleagues at Renison put in us, for engaging in this process with us at key moments, and for all  your expressions of support.

I would also like to express sincere thanks to our friends and colleagues at FAUW and other faculty associations, and to the staff and leadership of CAUT, OCUFA, and the CAUT Defence Fund without whose support this work would be inconceivably more difficult.

The new CA will be posted here once it has been proofread and formatted.
