PLANNING YOUR TRIP

  • The ‘Dome is a cashless venue. No cash will be accepted on-site.
  • All concession stands, retail locations and 50/50 ticket sellers only accept cashless transactions, with contactless terminals that allow debit, credit, Apple Pay, Google Pay and gift cards as methods of payment.
  • Doors are generally open one hour prior to the event start time – contact us or look for information on social media to verify the door opening times for specific events.
  • To expedite entry arrive early and travel light.
  • Main entry points:
    • The West entrance allows for direct access to the main public concourse and west elevator. We recommend using this entrance for access to:
      • Sections 201 – 228
      • Stairs to Press Levels 1 – 9
      • Platinum Club
      • Alumni Lounge
      • Terrace level suites 15 – 26
      • Super Suites 27, 202 and 203
    • The North side of the ‘Dome allows for direct access to the Club level and north elevator. We recommend using this entrance for access to:
      • Club Sections 115 – 122
      • Club Suites 4101 – 4140
      • TELUS Club Buffet
      • Saddleroom Grill (Take the elevator in the TELUS Club Lobby)
      • Stairs to Press levels 10 – 18 (Take the elevator in the TELUS Club Lobby)
      • Terrace level suites 1 – 14 (Take the elevator in the TELUS Club Lobby)
      • Super Suites 1A, 207 and 208 (Take the elevator in the TELUS Club Lobby)
  • Exiting and re-entering the building during events will not be permitted.

TICKETING

  • Event tickets are delivered digitally and must be scanned in at the door using the Ticketmaster app on a mobile device.
    • To learn about the Ticketmaster app, including how to display and transfer mobile tickets, click here.
  • We suggest logging into your Ticketmaster account and adding your tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay App before arriving.
  • Each fan must present their own personal digital ticket.
  • Tickets can only be scanned once. Exiting and re-entering the building during events will not be permitted.
  • Guests with floor tickets can access the floor via the stairwells in sections: 110/111, 112/113, 113/114, 119/120, and 120/121.
  • During some shows, patrons may require wristbands to access the floor. These can generally be obtained by section 227/228, however, this may vary by show.

GETTING

HERE

  • To reach the ‘Dome by C-Train disembark at City Hall Station or Erlton Station.
  • Access the ‘Dome via bus routes: 10, 17, 24, 69, 300.
  • Be advised, due to ongoing construction on Stampede Park, traditional access routes to the West Entrance have temporarily changed. Fans traveling via C-Train will experience an alternate walking route through Stampede Park.
  • We strongly encourage all fans to plan accordingly and arrive at the ‘Dome early.

  • Drop off locations can be found North-West side of the Scotiabank Saddledome. Access is via the Stampede Park gates at Olympic Way.
    • Cost is at the prevailing Stampede Park rate which is refundable if your vehicle leaves within 30 minutes.
  • In-addition to the Stampede Park construction, there is also construction North of the Scotiabank Saddledome which will cause traffic delays and limit parking availability. We strongly encourage all fans to use public transit, or to utilize off-site parking in the downtown core.
  • We recommend parking in the Public Parking lot just north of 11 Ave S.E., then walking south on 5 St S.E.
  • Cost per vehicle is at the prevailing rate, with no in-out privileges.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The Culture and Entertainment District is currently completing the 17th Avenue Extension. During this time vehicle and pedestrian access to the ‘Dome will be restricted and parking may be limited. Check out the LIVE Access map to stay up to date on detours and road closures.

SECURITY MEASURES

  • CSEC strongly encourages fans to not bring any type of bags, but bags smaller than 14″ x 14 ” x 6″ are permitted.
  • All bags are subject to security search prior to entry.
  • For your safety and expedited entry, you are encouraged to leave your bags/purse at home or limit the size of your bag.
  • All persons and bags are subject to visual and/or pat-down search.
  • Guests may refuse inspection and if so, arena management may refuse entry.
  • Video cameras, monopods, tripods, tablets, gopros, selfie sticks and audio recording devices are not permitted inside the Scotiabank Saddledome at any time. View the full list of prohibited items here.
  • The Scotiabank Saddledome does not provide an area to check bags, coats, or other personal belongings.
  • Building management reserves the right in their absolute discretion to deny access for any item(s) deemed a safety concern or that may result in an undesirable impact on the guest experience.
  • The Scotiabank Saddledome is not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen or damaged.
  • Should they choose to, ticketholders may begin to line up 6 hours prior to door opening.
  • Overnight show camping is not permitted.
  • During phone free events, the use of phones will not be permitted in the performance space.

  • Upon arrival at the venue, phones will be secured in individual Yondr pouches that will be opened at the end of the event. Guests maintain possession of their devices at all times and can access them throughout the event only in designated Phone Use Areas within the venue. All devices will be re-secured in Yondr pouches before returning to the performance space.

  • All pouches and equipment are routinely sanitized. The Yondr staff is trained and required to follow safety guidelines and hygiene protocols to practice social distancing, minimal contact and wear required personal protective equipment.

  • Anyone seen using a device during the performance will be escorted out of the venue by security. We appreciate your cooperation in creating a phone-free experience.

  • The ‘Dome is a cashless building. It is important to note that during these events, guests will only have limited access to their devices. We recommend bringing alternative forms of digital payment with you to the ‘Dome.

ACCESSIBILE EXPERIENCE

  • Accessible parking is located in Lot 10, Lot 8, Lot 20 or the Remington parking lot just north of 11 Ave S.E.
    • Cost per vehicle is at the prevailing rate, with no in-out privileges.
    • Spaces are limited and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • There are two barrier free entrances to the Scotiabank Saddledome. They are easily recognizable by the large yellow pillars on the exterior of the building.
    • The entrance on the west side of the ‘Dome allows for direct access onto the main public concourse and west elevator.
    • The entrance on the North side of the ‘Dome allows for direct access to the club level and north elevator.
  • There are two elevators in the ‘Dome:
    • The West elevator is located at the West Entrance of the ‘Dome to the left of the large staircase.
    • The North elevator is located inside the TELUS Club Lobby.
  • At this time there is no public elevator that allows access to the floor area of the venue.
  • We recommend children and those who may be noise sensitive bring ear protection with them to their event.
  • Please note that strobe lighting and/or pyro may be used during concert performances which may impact young children or those with photo-sensitive conditions.
  • For individuals with limited mobility, we can provide a wheelchair for transport from The TELUS Club Lobby or Guest Services location to your seats.
    • Upon arriving at the Scotiabank Saddledome, please ask an usher for assistance.
    • Please be aware that our staff will not remain with the patron during the event, nor will the wheelchair be available to an individual patron for the duration of the event.

VENUE EXPERIENCE

  • During events, Duttons Original 16 Lounge opens 2 hours prior to showtime. The TELUS Club and Saddleroom Grill will open depending on show capacity. Check the event page or our social media accounts on show day for restaurant openings.
  • Certain shows may have a feature cocktail.
    • These can be found at: Saddleroom Grill, TELUS Club, Dutton’s, Whiskey bar, Sidecar and Rum hut.
  • Show merchandise can generally be found in sections: 226 & 212. Check the event page or our social media accounts on show day for show specific merch locations.
  • The Parents’ Room is located in Dutton’s Lounge and is open for concerts or events that attract a younger demographic. This area offers parents and chaperones an opportunity to sit, work, watch TV or relax in a quiet area while their children are enjoying the concert. Contact us to inquire if the Parents’ Room will be operating for specific events.
