Exploring the experiences of families surrounding and supporting children and youth with special education needs: Learning and living at home during COVID-19

My name is Jess Whitley and I am a Professor in the Faculty of Education at the University of Ottawa. I am leading a study with some of my colleagues from  universities across Canada exploring the experiences of families who are supporting children and adolescents who have special education needs during school closures due to COVID-19.

If you are the parent or guardian of a child or adolescent who would normally be attending school and who has special education needs (which means they receive special education services and/or have a formal identification or diagnosis and/or have an individual education, program or behaviour plan), we would love to hear your views. Please read the statements below and choose the option that best works for you.

You can also e-mail me to ask any questions you may have at: kidsathomestudy@uottawa.ca. Thank you for considering taking part!
