This spring, the INCUBATOR Art Lab is hosting Nate Talbot (N8) as their INCUBATOR Art Lab Alumni Artist in Residence.
As part of his residency, Talbot is hosting a public workshop at the Lab called "Biomorphic AI-driven Animation for Beginners https://incubatorartlab.com/biomorphic-ai-driven-animation-for-beginners/."
Workshop participants are invited to make an AI animation by combining household items, fruits and vegetables, and AI tools. Participants are encouraged to bring fruits and vegetables, which will be used as a base for an AI animation. Additionally, you must bring a smartphone, laptop, or tablet with you to the workshop. You will be further instructed to download an app before the workshop.
No prior experience is necessary - this event is perfect for beginners! The instructor will guide you through the process step by step so that you can bring your animations to life!
This workshop will be held on Friday, April 26, 7:00 to 8:30 pm., It is open to the public and costs $5 for ages 16+. Scholarships are available upon request. Participants can register on the
INCUBATOR Eventbrite page. No food or drink in studio.

Pre-Law Student Society Gala at Caesars Windsor
Our Gala anticipates a gathering of over 125 guests, comprising legal professionals, university representatives, and esteemed professors from the Windsor Law School and Department of Political Science. It promises to be a sophisticated affair with a Black-Tie theme, boasting a sumptuous four-course meal, a cash bar, exciting prizes and raffles, captivating entertainment, inspiring speeches, a lively dance floor animated by a live DJ, and an exclusive after-party at Arrius, all included with the ticket. Adding an innovative twist to the evening, our bid-on-a-lawyer concept promises to be a unique and engaging fundraising initiative.

The Health Research Centre for the Study of Violence against Women presents “Trauma-Informed Research on Gender-Based Violence: A How-To Workshop” with Dianne Lalonde.
By attending this workshop, participants will enhance their ability to:
- Understand how trauma-informed principles can be used in research.
- Identify concrete ways to use trauma-informed principles in their own research.
This workshop involves participants in bringing to life trauma-informed practice in research on gender-based violence. It will go over trauma-informed principles as relevant to research including examples focused on theoretical writing, interviewing, surveys, and vicarious trauma.
Participants will receive practical strategies and lessons learned, as well as having the opportunity to apply their knowledge to provided case studies.
